My second attempt to pixel a landscape (first is some time ago) and I'm quite satisfied with the result, but it actually took me too much time. For the Weekly Challenge "Longscape".

Canvas size is 300*100 (not very inventive, I know). No specific reference used except for the statue. 14 colors overall.

Best resolution is 2x I think: [link]

Hi. I am working on a size able 2D RPG.
If you have time for some pixel art, how
much would you charge per hour?

Hi Jory,

thanks for the kind words. I'm glad that you like my work :)
But I have to disappoint you, I have a fulltime job at the moment and only able to pixel some stuff in my spare time.
Thank you for your offer nevertheless.

Thanks :)
This is actually hand pixeled from sketch, like all my pixelart. Here is a very early stage of the WIP: [link]

Got a nice feeling to it but somehow I feel the overall hue somehow would feel better with a scenery more "destroyed" or something like that. If you wanted to show some landscape in the dawn I think you should have used other colours. But that is really just a small issue and completely a matter of personal taste. Overall I like your shading of the different parts like the stone-Statue, the man-made ground, the roots/trees, the clouds and so on and so on =)
